The Longevity Training program strives to eliminate chronic pain and improve mobility, while challenging the body using fun and unique fitness techniques and exercises.

We do this by focusing on three important factors.

  • Using our unique assessment techniques to understand how the body is moving, and figure out where the root cause of the problem is coming from.

  • To Prepare and Recover specifically from the sport and lifestyle you find yourself in.

  • Restoring your body back to its normal function the way humans were meant to move.

Standing (Posture), Walking and Running (Gait), Throwing, and Carrying mechanics are what a lot of these exercises are based off of. This style of exercise uses many unique tools and movement patterns to challenge the body, and keep it fun and fresh while always progressing and getting stronger. 

Our workouts should be used as a time to practice movement patterns to be able to use those skills in real life sports and activities that challenge your body, as well as enjoying the moments with those we love that make life so special. 

The workouts created for you are focused on improving the dysfunctions identified from the assessment completed in the beginning of the program. The results of the program have been proven to eliminate chronic pain within the first few weeks of starting the program, while avoiding injuries or dysfunctions occurring during movement in sports we play, or daily life activities.
