With seasonal travel from coast to coast, mountains to sea, he extends his service to meet the special attention of being live in person.

Adir comes to you, right in the comfort of your own home. He brings all the necessary equipment to give you the appropriate challenge your body needs to start functioning efficiently and move better than it has ever before.

Being in person is so valuable. It allows Adir to really demonstrate first hand how to do the movements as well as to study your movements much closer with more detail, from different angles, giving you the best opportunity for success.

Adir’s home base is currently in San Diego, but also has clients in Denver, New York, and Florida, and is always visiting, and hoping to connect in person with clients if possible when he is there.

Pickleball Movement Conditioning

Adir has grown a recent passion (or obsession) for Pickle Ball and strives to improve every week. Combining his effective movement training style, and the specific movements performed in Pickle Ball, Adir has developed a program that empowers athletes to be confident to play for the rest of their life. We focus on Preparation and Recovery specific to the sport to ensure Longevity, paving the path to still be playing into his late 80’s and beyond.

The movements patterns during the game heavily relies on the relationship of counter-rotation through the core, with the ribs and hips moving in opposing directions. This complex movement pattern can create a lot of stress on joints, that if not addressed correctly, will lead to chronic pain, or injuries over time. Longevity Training focuses on movement patterns that specifically enhance this ability.

Players of all ages see tremendous results and significant improvement in their swing, footwork, power, and overall control. Clients claim they feel more confident in their abilities on the court than they ever have, resulting in being able to compete and have fun with friends without the risk of pain or injury from the sport.
